IQ MEDCARE supports the traditional 'home visit' and the concept of home based medical care including 'hospital at home' and advanced patient management eg iv fluids / antibiotics etc following liaison with our patient's existing specialist practitioners.

Management of recently discharged specialist patients at home in conjunction with the nurse practitioners and the highly qualified / experienced carers of CONCIERGE HOME CARE. 

 

We liaise closely with our patient's GP and specialists

Preventative medical care of our older patients to ensure their independence and quality of life.
